Our house has everything you could ever want to be comfortable. The neighbors are extremely quiet and the neighborhood is very safe. It is a two story house with an open floor plan. The bedrooms are all upstairs along with 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. Downstairs we have a well equiped kitchen with everything you need if you love to cook like myself. There is an office, a dining room, a large living room with a 72 inch TV and a lovely breakfast nook. We have a fenced in backyard with a nice seating area and a dining table if you enjoy eating outside.

The house is near Nike and Intel, and would be perfect for anyone relocating for work here in Beaverton. There is a bus stop 3 minute walk from the house. Light rail to Portand and PDX Airport is a 10 min drive away. 30 minutes to wine country. Great schools.
